Getting ready

Welcome and thanks to everyone who's following! I am starting to get organized and packed for the long trip. We leave Tuesday night and I'm just taking the few days before to collect my thoughts and make sure everything is in order. Bear with me at the blogging thing as I am new to it, though so far it is a piece of cake. The next time you hear from me, I should be in Moscow! Enjoy your holiday weekends!!

    This is a terrific idea. I so enjoyed Jordan's blog when he went to Russia last summer. It really helps us readers enjoy your experience. I'm sure you will find your time there gruelling, but fun. Sorry about my old userid...I wasn't sure how to change it. --Don (Jordan's Papa).
